Service outside working hours (Mon-Fri; 08:30-17:30) will be charged according to the valid price list

Outside office hours, a 24/7 help desk is available to clients on +420 221 509 196. The service is intended exclusively for dealing with urgent situations.
For non-contractual clients, the service is charged at these times at a fee of CZK 1500 + the fee for the relevant operation (ticketing, cancellation/refund, seating, etc.).
Contract clients are charged a fee according to the terms of the contract.
